TCA offers an open door environment where Principals work side by side with staff members.  We believe in fostering collaboration, sharing design ideas and developing solutions as a team.

We have a TCA University program which is an ongoing internal education and training program for all levels and roles within the firm.  Staff has access to the TCA University database with information on upcoming and archived seminars and tutorials in a variety of disciplines.  We encourage architectural licensure, support the Intern Development Program (IDP) and offer Professional Development Reimbursement for exams passed.

Your profession growth is important, but so is having time for your personal life. For that reason, the majority of our staff members enjoy our alternative work week schedule – working a little longer Monday through Thursday and starting the weekend at noon on Friday!
