TCA specializes in design-driven planning and architecture for high density multi-family housing and mixed-use developments. Studio Directors interact directly with teams organized around specific projects, collaborating and cooperating with Clients, internal personnel and external consultants. Excellence is pursued in every aspect of our work.
We are seeking a qualified Project Manager for our Downtown L.A. office. A TCA Project Manager works with a Studio Director to direct a project team in the production of contract documents that deliver the design intent of the building. A Project Manager will assist early in the design process, with expanding project engagement through sequential phases. Tasks include broad oversight of the complete Contract Documents, including drawings and specifications; monitoring of budgets and billings; preparation of Additional Service Requests; training and mentoring of documentation team; coordination and management of consultants and engagement with internal Quality Control.
• Minimum of 15+ years of residential experience
• Minimum of 5+ years on multi-family residential projects.
• Understanding of AutoCAD and REVIT programs preferred.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture required.
Must be a licensed Architect
